The selection results for the Erasmus KA171 Project, dated October 21, 2024, can be found in the attached lists.

IMPORTANT: Applications have been evaluated based on the criteria specified in the Aksaray University Erasmus Staff Application Evaluation Directive. Objections to the results can be submitted until November 14, 2024. Objection petitions should be submitted to the International Relations Coordination Office. If any changes are made to the list of selected participants as a result of objections, the beneficiaries will be informed, and the updated results will be announced.

Selected staff members are expected to complete their Erasmus activities by the deadline specified in the announcement. If the mobility cannot be conducted on the dates specified in the acceptance letter, the ASU Erasmus office must be informed at least 15 days in advance. Otherwise, the participant will be considered to have waived their mobility.

Staff who have been granted mobility rights are expected to go to the institutions from which they received acceptance at the time of application.

To ensure timely processing of payments, beneficiaries listed in the announcement must submit the necessary documents to our Coordination Office at least 15 days before the start of their activities. The documents required before and after mobility can be found at https://erasmusicm.aksaray.edu.tr/personel-hareketliligi-2.

A detailed information email will be sent to the selected beneficiaries following the objection period.
