In the first quarter of 2025, within the framework of the KA 171 Erasmus ICM mobility program, 16 of our academic staff conducted teaching and training mobility in 6 different countries: the Philippines, India, Tunisia, Algeria, Jordan, and Morocco. These programs not only provide our academicians with the opportunity to teach but also offer them a chance to encounter different educational systems and cultural perspectives, thereby gaining international pedagogical experience.
In this context, our academic staff are not only learning best practices in their fields but also aiming to implement these experiences in our university upon their return. Additionally, these exchange programs enhance Aksaray University's international presence while promoting cultural exchange alongside academic collaborations. Engaging on an international platform not only supports the career development of our academic staff but also contributes to the realization of our university's global educational vision.
These mobility activities will enable the implementation of innovative projects in the academic field as part of Aksaray University's goal to develop sustainable international collaborations. Thus, the enrichment of experiences garnered from international relations and the deepening of academic collaboration will provide significant contributions to our university's internationalization process.
