Within the scope of the 2025–2026 Academic Year and the Erasmus+ KA171 Project numbered 2023-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000162360, an information meeting was held for academic staff who are entitled to benefit from Teaching Mobility (STA) and Training Mobility (STT).

The meeting, during which procedures to be completed before and after the mobility, required documents, and other relevant aspects of the process were discussed, took place on Monday, 5 January 2026, at 11:30 a.m. in the Social Sciences Institute Meeting Hall.

During the meeting, detailed information was provided on the mobility timeline, required documentation, payment procedures, and the documents to be submitted to the Erasmus Office. It was also emphasized that the selected beneficiaries are expected to carry out their mobilities at the host institutions they were accepted to during the application process and that the mobilities should be implemented within the dates specified in the acceptance letters
