Aksaray University (ASÜ) has signed protocols with three universities in Algeria to facilitate student exchanges and scientific collaboration as part of its internationalization efforts. Rector Prof. Dr. Alpay Arıbaş and Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Yavuz Selim Çakmak visited Algeria to establish new partnerships under the KA 171 Erasmus ICM program. During their visit, the ASÜ delegation met with Turkey’s Ambassador to Algeria and then held discussions with the administrators of Tipaza University Center, Oum Al Bouaghi University, and the National University of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, culminating in the signing of collaboration protocols. Rector Arıbaş emphasized the university's goal to increase the number of international stakeholders and enhance the quality of joint projects, stating that the discussions in Algeria were very productive. The ASÜ delegation also toured the universities' laboratories and libraries, providing information on ongoing scientific studies and facilities, thereby contributing to the enhancement of international academic interactions.
